Last updated: July 6, 2026
Vizkus Group ("Vizkus," "we," "us," or "our") provides technical events, Web3 product design, content, and development services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and client engagements, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
Where you interact with us through a partner platform (for example, an event ticketing tool, a scheduling tool, or a payment processor), that provider may share limited information with us, such as your name and email address, in line with their own privacy notices.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis (such as under the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our studio, your consent where you have given it, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function, and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use cookies to build third-party advertising profiles. See our Cookie Policy for full detail and how to manage your preferences.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including any period required to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Client and project records are typically retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and warranty purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
As a remote-first studio, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, such as standard contractual clauses where required.
Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
